Really good Stay

The hotel offered a beach and a distinct design. My room included extras like flip flops and comfortable slippers. A steamer and a very good hairdryer were also available. The staff were amazing and the cakes and food delighted me (I'm grateful for it!).

Room service brought used mayonnaise with our order.

The hotel staff demonstrated attentiveness, particularly in the breakfast area. They readily addressed requests and provided prompt assistance. Staff members showed genuine care by anticipating needs and responding efficiently to any inquiries. The team created a cute environment for all guests.

the hotel offers many dining choices, it has several options and more variety are available at the sister hotel, banyan tree. there is also a nearby shopping area. the rooms has a wide range of amenities. the pool area offers lots of space, it had sun loungers and cabanas.

reception check in was horrendous, there were around 4 employees behind the desk who did nothing. they said they only had 1 person that could check us in. they told us to wait and then forgot us. i couldn't leave until they checked the mini bar, this i have never been told this before.

i appreciated the staff's attentive service during breakfast. honorine greeted me each morning with a cheerful attitude i also found the doormen remembered my name. they always welcomed me and assisted with my bags.
